By conducting business, at mvsport.com, you acknowledge and agree to follow our return policy. In order to return purchased merchandise it is required you contact support@wpmv.com for an RMA (return merchandise authorization number). Please write the RMA# on the outside of the box(s) you will return for faster refund processing.

If merchandise is returned without an RMA# a restocking fee of 10% will be applied. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your account or credit card. Please note certain credit cards may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account.

We cannot, under any circumstances, accept returned goods that are decorated, washed, or altered in any way. Item(s) purchased are the customer's responsibility until it reaches MV Sport. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility unless otherwise specified.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.
